Boniface Merande

Boniface Merande is a KEN long-distance runner, born on February 13, 1962. He competes primarily in the 10000m, Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 27:40.36 in the 10000m, 1:03:21 in the Semi, 2:12:23 in the Marathon, 8:22.66 in the 3000mSt and 5:29.38 in the 2000Metres. He has earned 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing KEN.
