A.P.M.S.K. Abeyrathne is a Sri Lanka hurdler. He competes primarily in the 400mH, 4x100m and 4x400m.
His personal bests include 1:01.50 in the 400mH, 47.27 in the 4x100m, 3:52.73 in the 4x400m and 3:40.16 in the 4x400Metre. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sri Lanka.
