Akmaral Meirman

Akmaral Meirman is a Kazakhstan long-distance runner, born on November 3, 1983. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 10:49.06 in the 3000m, 18:16.1h in the 5000m, 37:28.27 in the 10000m, 1:24:50 in the Semi and 2:46:25 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kazakhstan.
