Paul Tergat

Paul Tergat is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on June 17, 1969 in Baringo County, Kenya. Standing 1.82 m and weighing 62 kg, He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:28.70 in the 3000m, 12:49.87 in the 5000m, 26:27.85 in the 10000m, 59:06 in the Semi and 2:04:55 in the Marathon. He has earned 11 gold, 7 silver and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
