Pam Paul James

Pam Paul James is a Nigeria long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:22.03 in the 3000m, 14:16.01 in the 5000m, 30:50.87 in the 10000m, 8:22.03 in the 3000Metres and 32:30 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nigeria.
