Cong Lich Quach

Cong Lich Quach is a Vietnam sprinter, born on August 27, 1993. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 21.67 in the 200m, 45.99 in the 400m, 50.05 in the 400mH, 3:07.40 in the 4x400m and 3:24.86 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 7 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Vietnam.
