Ramolefi Motsieloa

Ramolefi Motsieloa is a Lesotho long-distance runner, born on January 20, 1990. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:56.65 in the 5000m, 30:17.82 in the 10000m, 1:04:29 in the Semi, 2:17:12 in the Marathon and 29:51 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Lesotho.
