Ambwene Simukonda

Ambwene Simukonda is a Malawi sprinter, born on March 23, 1984. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 12.2h in the 100m, 24.31 in the 200m, 54.20 in the 400m, 1:05.16 in the 400mH and 54.82 in the 400MetresS. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Malawi.
