Pascal Ntahokaraja

Pascal Ntahokaraja is a Burundi long-distance runner, born on April 15, 1983. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:57.16 in the 3000m, 13:55.63 in the 5000m, 29:31.60 in the 10000m, 1:07:25 in the Semi and 45:40 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Burundi.
