Milcah Chemos is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on February 24, 1986 in Mount Elgon District, Kenya. Standing 1.63 m and weighing 48 kg, She competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

Her personal bests include 2:04.35 in the 800m, 4:12.3h in the 1500m, 8:43.92 in the 3000m, 9:07.14 in the 3000mSt and 5:41.64 in the 2000m. She has earned 24 gold, 6 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
