Lourens Steenekamp

Lourens Steenekamp is a South Africa sprinter, born on March 18, 1999. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 22.24 in the 200m, 49.25 in the 400m, 50.58 in the 400mH, 3:26.44 in the 4x400m and 14.65 in the 110MetresH. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
