Henok Tesfay

Henok Tesfay is a ERI long-distance runner, born on November 22, 2000. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Marathon.

His personal bests include 14:43.60 in the 5000m, 30:09.6h in the 10000m, 2:07:12 in the Marathon, 29:27 in the 10Kilometr and 47:05 in the 10MilesRoa. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing ERI.
