Steven Mande

Steven Mande is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on July 19, 1997. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:54.88 in the 1500m, 8:42.34 in the 3000m, 14:16.18 in the 5000m, 29:42.61 in the 10000m and 1:10:11 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
