Sonja Roman

Sonja Roman is a Slovenia sprinter, born on March 11, 1979 in Hodoš, Slovenia. She competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

Her personal bests include 57.71 in the 400m, 2:02.47 in the 800m, 4:02.13 in the 1500m, 8:54.24 in the 3000m and 15:40.41 in the 5000m. She has earned 15 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Slovenia.
