Rose Akuso

Rose Akuso is a Nigeria middle-distance runner, born on April 24, 1992. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:56.08 in the 1500m, 10:20.20 in the 3000m, 16:02.41 in the 5000m, 33:16.11 in the 10000m and 36:40 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nigeria.
