Paul Koech

Paul Koech is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on June 25, 1969 in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 60 kg, He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:33.79 in the 3000m, 12:56.29 in the 5000m, 26:36.26 in the 10000m, 1:00:01 in the Semi and 2:07:07 in the Marathon. He has earned 4 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
