Joseph Uma

Joseph Uma is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on September 16, 1996. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 1:51.6h in the 800m, 3:52.89 in the 1500m, 30:19.4h in the 10000m, 9:14.2h in the 3000mSt and 30:14 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
