Jirayu Pleenaram

Jirayu Pleenaram is a Thailand sprinter, born on February 9, 1996. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 46.78 in the 400m, 1:51.17 in the 800m, 3:04.23 in the 4x400m and 3:25.80 in the 4x400Metre. He has earned 6 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Thailand.
