Irina Ambulo

Irina Ambulo is a Panama sprinter, born on September 25, 1966. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

His personal bests include 24.44 in the 200m, 54.24 in the 400m, 2:17.66 in the 800m, 15.12 in the 100mH and 1.61 in the HJ. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Panama.
