Ilias Kasios

Ilias Kasios is a Greece long-distance runner, born on January 17, 1986. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 3000mSt and 3000Metres.

His personal bests include 8:51.09 in the 3000m, 9:08.05 in the 3000mSt and 8:51.09 in the 3000Metres. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
