Harm Sengers

Harm Sengers is a Netherlands long-distance runner, born on January 1, 1982. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 8:43.34 in the 3000m, 14:51.37 in the 5000m, 1:09:16 in the Semi, 2:19:48 in the Marathon and 30:54 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Netherlands.
