Elżbieta Tuwalska

Elżbieta Tuwalska is a Poland long-distance runner, born on July 10, 1979. He competes primarily in the Semi, 20kmW and 5Kilometre.

His personal bests include 1:27:25 in the Semi, 1:39:16 in the 20kmW, 24:50 in the 5Kilometre and 49:51 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Poland.
