Bas Ten Dam

Bas Ten Dam is a Netherlands middle-distance runner, born on July 24, 1991. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:17.30 in the 1500m, 8:46.14 in the 3000m, 14:54.42 in the 5000m, 1:07:57 in the Semi and 2:20:23 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Netherlands.
