Aimad Mhimdat

Aimad Mhimdat is a Morocco middle-distance runner, born on January 1, 1997. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 3:53.42 in the 1500m, 14:22.62 in the 5000m, 31:51.21 in the 10000m, 1:04:40 in the Semi and 8:58.37 in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Morocco.
