Adil Bouida

Adil Bouida is a Morocco middle-distance runner, born on May 27, 1989. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:52.20 in the 1500m, 8:02.06 in the 3000m, 14:11.27 in the 5000m, 29:22.19 in the 10000m and 1:05:28 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Morocco.
