Abida Ezamzami is a Morocco long-distance runner, born on January 1, 1990. He competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:02:01 in the Semi, 2:09:04 in the Marathon, 29:53 in the 10Kilometr and 50:47 in the 10MilesRoa. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Morocco.
