Tracy Baskin is an American middle-distance runner born on November 3, 1965. Standing 190 cm tall and weighing 77 kg, he competed at the highest level of international athletics.
Competing for Seton Hall, Baskin won the 1987 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800 metres. He went on to represent the United States at the 1988 Seoul Olympics in the men's 800 metres.
His NCAA title and Olympic appearance demonstrated his ability to compete among the best middle-distance runners in America during the late 1980s.
