Louis Gilavert is a French distance runner born on January 1, 1998, in Corbeil-Essonnes. He specializes in the 3000 metres steeplechase and has competed for France at multiple Olympic Games and World Championships.

Gilavert finished third in the junior race at the 2017 European Cross Country Championships behind winner Jakob Ingebrigtsen, and also took bronze behind Ingebrigtsen at the 2017 European Athletics U20 Championships. He competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2024 Paris Olympics in the steeplechase, and at the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo.
