DaBryan Blanton

DaBryan Blanton is an American sprinter born on July 3, 1984, in Forney, Texas. He attended the University of Oklahoma, where he was a three-time Big 12 champion in the 100 metres.

In his freshman season at Oklahoma, Blanton ran 10.07 seconds in the 100 metres, which at the time tied Stanley Floyd's American Junior Record. In 2005, he signed a professional contract with Nike. He also played football in high school and was ranked the number 47 prospect nationally by Rivals.com.

His record-tying junior performance demonstrated exceptional talent early in his career, establishing him as one of America's most promising young sprinters.
