Alessandro Sibilio (born 27 April 1999) is an Italian sprinter and hurdler, who competes in the 400 metres hurdles and 400 metres.
He won a gold medal at the 2018 IAAF World U20 Championships.
He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in 400 m hurdles. Sibilio also competed for Italy at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the men's 400 metres hurdles and men's 4 × 400 metres relay events.
