Yalemzerf Yehualaw

Yalemzerf Yehualaw is an Ethiopian long-distance runner born on 3 August 1999 who has made her mark across road distances from 10 kilometres to the full marathon.

She holds the current world record in the 10 kilometres road race and sits second on the world all-time list for the half marathon.

Yehualaw won the 2022 London Marathon and recorded the fastest-ever women's marathon debut at the time at the 2022 Hamburg Marathon. She also ranks tenth on the world all-time list for the marathon distance.
