Natalia Bukowiecka is a Polish sprinter born on January 17, 1998, in Drezdenko. She specializes in the 400 metres and has established herself as one of the premier quarter-milers in the world, becoming a cornerstone of Poland's dominant relay teams.

Bukowiecka is a three-time Olympic medallist, winning gold in the mixed 4x400 metres relay and silver in the 4x400 metres relay at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, followed by individual bronze in the 400 metres at the 2024 Paris Olympics. She has also claimed World Championships silver, European Championships gold and silver medals in individual events, and World Indoor Championships silver and bronze in relay events. She holds Polish national records in the 300m and 400m both indoors and outdoors, as well as relay records.
