Konomi Kai

Konomi Kai is a Japanese long jumper born on July 10, 1993, in Kawagoe, Saitama. Standing 153 cm tall and weighing 51 kg, she specializes in the long jump and has represented Japan at the highest level of competition.

Kai competed in the women's long jump at the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, representing Japan on the Olympic stage. Her Olympic qualification demonstrated her standing among Asia's top long jumpers.
