Jessica Inchude

Jessica da Silva Inchude is a Portuguese shot putter and discus thrower born on March 25, 1996, in Guinea-Bissau. Standing 175 cm tall and weighing 81 kg, she has competed for both Guinea-Bissau and Portugal at the Olympic Games.

Inchude competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics for Guinea-Bissau, finishing 36th in the shot put with 15.15 metres. She won gold in the discus at the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games and finished fourth in the shot put. At the 2024 Summer Olympics, representing Portugal, she advanced to the shot put final and finished eighth.

Inchude's progression from not making the Olympic final in 2016 to finishing eighth in the 2024 Olympic final demonstrates remarkable improvement. Her journey competing for two nations and reaching an Olympic final represents a significant achievement in her throwing career.
