Baboloki Tirelo Thebe is a Botswana sprinter born on March 18, 1997, in Ramonaka. He specializes in the 400 metres and emerged as one of Africa's most promising quarter-milers with his breakthrough performances in 2016.

Thebe won a silver medal in the 200 metres at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics and reached the semi-finals at the 2014 World Junior Championships. In May 2016, he ran 44.22 seconds in the 400m, placing him third on global seasonal lists and moving him into the all-time top 30 for the event. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and his personal best of 44.02 seconds was set in July 2017.
