Visiline Jepkesho is a Kenyan long-distance runner born on December 30, 1989. She specializes in road racing events, particularly the marathon and half marathon, and has represented Kenya at the World Championships in Athletics and the Summer Olympics.

Jepkesho began her professional career in 2013 with a victory at the Darica Half Marathon. Her 2014 season was exceptional, winning the Milan Marathon in 2:28:40, the Gifu Seiryu Half Marathon with a personal best of 1:10:53, and the Lisbon Marathon in 2:26:47. She placed third at the prestigious 2015 Paris Marathon with a 2:24:44 performance, earning her first international selection to represent Kenya at the World Championships. In 2016, she won the Paris Marathon and competed at the Summer Olympics.

In 2018, Jepkesho broke the Ljubljana Marathon record with a time of 2:22:58, demonstrating her continued excellence in road racing. She remains one of Kenya's accomplished marathon runners with multiple international victories to her name.
