Verrol Sam

Verrol Sam is a St. Vincent & Grenadines relay runner, born on May 30, 2003. He competes primarily in the 4x400m, HJ and PV.

His personal bests include 3:20.03 in the 4x400m, 2.06 in the HJ, 3.60 in the PV, 7.15 in the LJ and 13.96 in the TJ. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing St. Vincent & Grenadines.
