Valeriy Borzov is a Russia sprinter, born on October 20, 1949 in Sambir, Ukraine. Standing 1.83 m and weighing 80 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 10.07 in the 100m, 20.00 in the 200m, 38.50 in the 4x100m, 6.58= in the 60m and 5.75 in the 50Metres. He has earned 17 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
