Sita Ram

Sita Ram is a India long-distance runner, born on July 10, 1969. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and 20kmW.

His personal bests include 14:12.14 in the 5000m, 29:34.6h in the 10000m, 1:32:29 in the 20kmW and 4:18:47 in the 50kmW. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing India.
