Sem Shimanda

Sem Shimanda is a Namibia sprinter, born on January 1, 1994. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

His personal bests include 21.83 in the 200m, 47.71 in the 400m, 2:00.81 in the 800m and 40.84 in the 4x100m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Namibia.
