Sam Cherop

Sam Cherop is a UGA middle-distance runner, born on January 19, 1997. He competes primarily in the 800m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 1:59.97 in the 800m, 8:01.45 in the 3000m, 13:45.42 in the 5000m, 27:39.45 in the 10000m and 29:33 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing UGA.
