Ronald Gram

Ronald Gram is a NED thrower, born on March 31, 1974. He competes primarily in the SP, DT and HT.

His personal bests include 12.19 in the SP, 45.36 in the DT and 71.77 in the HT. He has earned 7 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing NED.
