Reinhold Ita

Reinhold Ita is a Namibia middle-distance runner, born on January 7, 1975. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:45.35 in the 1500m, 8:14.75 in the 3000m, 13:58.89 in the 5000m, 1:03:02 in the Semi and 2:14:23 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Namibia.
