Peruth Chemutai

Peruth Chemutai is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on July 10, 1999 in Kapchorwa District, Uganda. She competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

Her personal bests include 2:09.25 in the 800m, 4:17.18 in the 1500m, 9:12.60 in the 3000m, 17:40.0h in the 5000m and 8:48.03 in the 3000mSt. She has earned 4 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
