Mukesh Pal

Mukesh Pal is a Nepal middle-distance runner, born on September 2, 1999. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

His personal bests include 1:59.5h in the 800m, 3:49.96 in the 1500m, 8:30.0h in the 3000m, 14:19.65 in the 5000m and 30:37.8h in the 10000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nepal.
