Lichuan He is a China middle-distance runner, born on January 2, 1996. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Marathon and 3000mSt.

His personal bests include 4:03.31 in the 1500m, 2:24:13 in the Marathon and 9:13.88 in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing China.
