Josef Rous

Josef Rous is a Czechia sprinter, born on July 26, 1979. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 400mH.

His personal bests include 48.63 in the 400m, 1:54.01 in the 800m, 49.93 in the 400mH, 2.07 in the HJ and 1:54.01 in the 800MetresS. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Czechia.
