José Sousa

José Sousa is a Portugal long-distance runner, born on September 18, 1989. He competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:05:38 in the Semi, 2:14:49 in the Marathon, 31:25 in the 10Kilometr and 1:05:52 in the 20Kilometr. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
