John Hou

John Hou is a Papua New Guinea sprinter, born on September 25, 1968. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.96 in the 100m, 23.78 in the 200m and 52.1h in the 400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Papua New Guinea.
