Jefferson Assis

Jefferson Assis is a Brazil long-distance runner, born on February 17, 1980. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:40.71 in the 3000m, 14:52.10 in the 5000m, 31:00.46 in the 10000m, 1:08:24 in the Semi and 9:20.23 in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Brazil.
